Connor - Get to know your vocal coach
My philosophy is that anyone can sing. My studios have always been a safe environment to grow and use everyday to be an opportunity to make it happen, feel successful not in just lessons, but beyond. I focus on what a student needs and form plans based on those needs. From "I want to sing better for karaoke" to preparing students for grad school auditions. For those advanced students we work on fine tuning and precision offering complex concept instruction. Always being open to what students in general want to do rather than blindly giving music that does not suite a student. My name is Connor Rich I come from St. Joesph Missouri I have been a musician since I was singing hymns in church choir. My formal experience began in college and I have been addicted to student success since. I taught in public school for a year before I realized studio pedagogy is how I can help directly. I have gotten the opportunities to sing several gigs in rock, country, and jazz. I have also performed in opera and musicals. I have a variety of genres I teach. Students pushing me out of my confort zone is an exciting experience for me. I do the research test my pedagogical skills and apply the knowledge to demonstrate to students.
