From confusion to clarity in mathematics because every problem has a logical solution

Hi everyone, my name is Ravjot Kaur and i am a mathematics teacher. My student enjoy the way I teach. I try to add real world ex.amples and simplify the complex topics of various chapters. Looking forward to teach new students and gain new experience. Mathematics teaching is most effective when it is approached as a process of guiding students to think logically, explore patterns, and develop problem-solving skills rather than simply memorizing formulas or procedures. A strong mathematics teaching style begins with building conceptual understanding. Instead of starting with rules, the teacher first introduces an idea through simple observations, questions, or real-life examples. For instance, when teaching addition to young learners, the teacher may begin by showing physical objects like apples, blocks, or pencils and asking students to count them. If there are three apples and two more are added, the teacher encourages students to observe and count the total. Through this exploration, learners naturally discover that three plus two equals five. This method allows students to connect abstract mathematical symbols with real-world meaning. A mathematics teacher also uses questioning as a central strategy. Instead of directly giving answers, the teacher asks guiding questions such as “What do you notice?”, “Is there another way to solve this?”, or “Why does this method work?” These questions encourage students to think deeply and explain their reasoning. Explanation is a key part of mathematics learning because when students describe their thought process, they strengthen their understanding and build confidence in their abilities.
