Im holly dennis, an experienced performer with over three yeats experience. I have taught gymnastics, dance, singing and yoga for two years to children aged 4-16. My specialised classes cater to all levels students from begginger to senior and intermediate. I have a friendly and fun approach to learning ensuring my classes wre enjoyable and informative and accessible for beginners and intermediates of all ages. Each class is personalised to the student ensuring each student recieved my full attention and guidance. Increasing Stamina & Overall Wellbeing Breathwork, and sustained postures gently build cardiovascular endurance while calming the nervous system.
