Student and Tutor reviewed vowel production and tongue positioning for singing, identifying areas for improved breath support and vocal control, particularly in higher registers. They practiced vocal exercises with the word 'Hello' and worked on the song 'Tale as Old as Time', experimenting with different vowel sounds for optimal performance. The Tutor provided a color-coded sheet for homework, associating specific vowels with different vocal registers, and plans to compose a custom piano track for the student's key.
