Eduardo Nikolai - Get to know your vocal coach
I am dedicated and experienced singing voice teacher. Teaching has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my journey. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with students from different age groups, backgrounds, and learning abilities, and each experience has shaped my understanding of education in unique ways. One of my core beliefs is that students learn best when they feel safe, respected, and heard. I focus on encouraging open discussions, welcoming questions without judgment, and celebrating small improvements. When students feel comfortable, their confidence grows—and so does their curiosity. Not every student learns the same way. Some grasp concepts through visuals, others through hands-on activities, and some prefer detailed explanations. I’ve used interactive presentations, real-life examples group discussions and practical exercises. Adapting lessons has helped me reach both high-achieving students and those who need extra support. Overall, my teaching experience has been about more than delivering lessons—it’s about inspiring confidence, curiosity, and growth in every student.

Singing lessons highlights
Every voice is unique. Before focusing on performance, I prioritize healthy vocal technique to prevent strain or injury. I focus on proper posture and body alignment, breath support (diaphragmatic breathing), relaxation of jaw, tongue, and shoulders and gentle warm-ups and cool-downs A healthy foundation ensures vocal longevity and consistent improvement. Breath is the engine of the voice. I teach students how to engage the diaphragm correctly, control airflow during phrases, sustain long notes steadily, and avoid throat tension Exercises include sustained hissing sounds, lip trills, and controlled scale patterns. I structure technical training progressively. Here are the following core areas: Pitch accuracy and ear training Vocal range expansion (safely and gradually) Register blending (chest voice, head voice, mix voice) Resonance placement Tone clarity Students practice scales, arpeggios, vowel shaping, and resonance exercises tailored to their voice type.
