I am Jenelyn Gemepino, from Philippines. I am a licensed professional teacher specializing in Secondary education major in English Language. I am a passionate, strong-willed, detail-oriented, resourceful and adapt flexibility. I believe that leaning comes from a strong foundation that empowers different teaching strategies that equate on diverse leaner's indiviadul learning style. With my years of experiences, in both online and real classroom serting, I gained a lot of teaching startegies that I believ I should have applied in my classess. I've been handling Korean Students in Virtual set up, which made me discover my passion in shaping my skills and expertise in handling a diverse culture and pinpoint the will of learnings English-speaking Language. Additionally, for the real classroom set up, I manged to deliver a lesson which I manually assess their improvements in their communications and sneaking skills.

As a teacher, I believe that every learner is unique, with different strengths, interests, and learning needs. Because of this, I focus on delivering an individualized teaching approach that allows each student to grow at their own pace while feeling valued and supported. My teaching methodology is grounded in the belief that meaningful learning happens when instruction is responsive, flexible, and centered on the learner. I begin my teaching process by understanding my students. I conduct both formal and informal assessments to determine their prior knowledge, skills, learning styles, and personal interests. Through observation, short diagnostic activities, and simple conversations, I get to know not only their academic abilities but also their motivations and challenges. This learner profiling helps me design lessons that are relevant and accessible to everyone. I also encourage open communication so students feel comfortable expressing their needs and difficulties. Most importantly, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. I make sure that my classroom is a safe space where students feel respected, encouraged, and confident. I promote collaboration, empathy, and positive relationships because I believe that emotional security greatly influences academic success.
