Brittany - Get to know your vocal coach
I’m a singing teacher with over eight years of experience, and honestly? I live and breathe this stuff. I specialise in powerful, performance-ready vocals — not just standing still and singing nicely, but performing while you sing. I help my students learn how to move, act, connect and still deliver strong, controlled vocals without losing breath or power. Because in musical theatre, you don’t get to choose one — you have to do it all. My main focus is musical theatre technique, healthy and sustainable belting, building serious vocal stamina, and unlocking that next-level vocal power. I’m big on strong breath support, safe technique, and making sure belts feel free and exciting — not strained or scary. We work on control, dynamics, emotional storytelling, and that electric stage presence that makes people actually feel something. Alongside teaching, I have my own singing career and stage experience, which means I don’t just teach theory — I teach what actually works in real rehearsal rooms, auditions, and live performances. I know what’s expected, what directors listen for, and how to help you stand out without losing your authenticity. My lessons are high-energy, encouraging, and honest. I’ll push you because I know what you’re capable of — but I’ll also back you every step of the way. My goal isn’t just for you to sing well. It’s for you to feel powerful, confident, and completely at home on stage.

Singing lessons highlights
My teaching methodology is built around strength, confidence, and sustainability. I don’t believe in “just sing it again and hope for the best.” Every exercise has purpose. I focus heavily on solid breath support, alignment, and technique first, because real vocal power comes from foundations — not forcing sound. We break things down properly so that belts feel free, high notes feel secure, and stamina builds naturally over time. I teach singers how to understand their own voices. That means developing body awareness, recognising tension, and learning how to adjust in the moment. I’m big on technique that supports performance — especially in musical theatre, where you’re often moving, acting, and delivering emotion at the same time. So we train for that. We practise singing through choreography, working through character choices, and maintaining vocal control under pressure. Lessons are structured but never rigid. I adapt to each student’s needs, strengths, and goals. I’ll challenge you, but in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. Progress is tracked, goals are clear, and we celebrate every breakthrough — whether that’s a stronger mix, a confident belt, or finally nailing that audition song. Above all, my teaching creates singers who feel in control of their instrument. Strong. Expressive. Resilient. And ready for the stage.
