Hello, I'm Ahmad. I'm a physics major. Ive been tutoring math and physics for over 2 years, and am familiar with many high school curriculums, wether algebra, or calculus based. I prioritize understanding concepts conceptually, then being able to express that understanding with proper math. Math is a crucial tool in physics, and I ensure that all the math equations are clear, organized and concise. I also cover test preparation techniques, and various topics that can help with reducing stress, and tackling physics problems in the most efficient, optimized and concise way possible. As a physics major, I love physics, so if a student is willing, I would also love to provide instructions beyond the students curriculum, and introduce them to exciting topics, putting them ahead of their classmates. My tutoring methods in physics prioritize intuitive understanding of concepts, before utilizing the math. Math is a tool used in physics, it is a tremendous help. But it is useless if one doesn't understand the concepts clearly. I will ensure proper understanding of concepts, and will then present the math in an organized, concise and understandable fashion, creating a direct link between the concepts and the math, as if translating your understanding into the language of math. I will present methods to properly tackle difficult physics problems, explaining various techniques in test-taking, assignments, and lab reports. I will show how the student can quickly and efficiently decide how to tackle any physics problem, and how to pick the correct tools and equations. I will also provide an intuitive understanding of lab result analysis.
