I'm Gladys Hyacinth Bonghanoy, a Registered Nurse by profession with a passion for teaching. I am a dedicated, patient, and confident educator who thrives on interactive discussions and meaningful conversations. I have experience working with students who require additional support, including learners with autism, and I am skilled in creating structured, engaging lessons that keep them focused and motivated. I adapt my teaching strategies to meet individual needs, making sure that every student feels supported, understood, and included. I design lessons that are practical and applicable to real-life conversations, helping students build the confidence so that they can fully express themselves clearly and naturally. Rather than relying solely on lecture-based instructions, I engage students through guided conversations, open-ended questions, and practical scenarios. This approach allows students to practice critical thinking and communication skills while staying actively involved in the lessons. I strongly believe that lessons should apply to real-life situations. Hence, I connect concepts to everyday experiences by using realistic examples, role-playing activities, and situational practice. I help students see the value of what they are learning and how it can be used outside the classroom.
