My aim is to bring you personalised, fun and engaging vocal sessions where your confidence and love for singing will thrive! My name is Sarah and I am an experienced singing tutor specialising in acting through song, harmony and music theory however I tailor my sessions to help you. No matter what level you are I am here to help bring that voice out of you by covering a range of vocal techniques, styles and genres. I am musical theatre trained and appeared in many productions in UK as well as touring Europe. I have experience with a range of different types of theatre and performance and will guide you to help you achieve your goals and dreams! I worked my way through the ABRSM and Trinity singing and instrumental grades and so I am familiar with this style of learning-if this is something you would be interested in completing then I would a love to prepare you and guide you for these too.

My teaching approach focuses on creating confidence-building, fun and motivating lessons to enhance your musicality and performance skills. I specialise in musical theatre, pop, and classical singing and can cover all of these or just a few depending on your preference and goals. I like to work with my students to find what is best for them-I understand that everyone learns slightly differently and from tutoring a wide range of performers I have been able adapt my lessons to suit everyone. Although I understand my students have a preference, I try to encourage reading and understanding sheet music and improving the ability to sight sing confidently as well as developing the musical ear and learning from listening and repeating. I teach via Zoom microsoft Teams and I am flexible with scheduling as I know everyone leads busy lives!
