I employ several mechanisms and personalised programmes to teach students. I make use of regular feedbacks and formative quizzess to evaluate and assess students. I use a more practical approach to teach rather than sticking to textbooks and rote learning. I carefully elaborate on all mathematical concepts and formulas to make learning easy. To simulate interactions in real life, I use real resources like news articles, podcasts, movies, and simulations.
