As a teacher, my teaching experience has been both challenging and rewarding. I have taught students with different ages, personalities, and learning abilities, which helped me understand that every learner is unique. Some students learn quickly, while others need more time, patience, and encouragement. There were moments when students struggled with pronunciation, confidence, and fluency, especially in speaking activities, but instead of feeling discouraged, I learned to adjust my teaching strategies and explain lessons in a simpler and more engaging way. These experiences taught me the importance of being patient, flexible, and supportive. I always remind my students that making mistakes is part of learning and that effort matters more than perfection. Through my teaching experiences, I strive to create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves, enjoy learning, and continuously improve their skills.

My teaching methods focus on creating a supportive and learner-centered environment. I begin each lesson with a short review to connect prior knowledge to the new topic. I use simple explanations, visual aids, and real-life examples to help students understand the lesson better, especially beginners. For speaking practice, I model correct pronunciation first, then guide students through repetition and sentence practice to build confidence and fluency. I also use interactive activities such as games, short conversations, and question-and-answer exercises to keep students engaged. When students make mistakes, I correct them gently and provide positive feedback to encourage improvement. I adjust my teaching pace based on the student’s level and regularly assess understanding through practice and feedback. Overall, my goal is to help students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident while learning.
