Hi! I’m Jeff Allen Tuazon-Weesner from Michigan, USA. I bring over seven years of online ESL teaching experience, working with learners of all ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds from around the world. I’ve also taught for three semesters at a state university, helping college students build clear, confident communication skills for academic, professional, and everyday situations. I am a certified TESOL teacher and hold a degree in Business, which allows me to teach Business English effectively, helping students communicate professionally with clarity and confidence. As a certified IELTS mentor, I guide learners with a friendly and supportive approach, boosting their speaking confidence, sharpening exam strategies, and encouraging them to use English naturally in school, work, travel, and daily conversations. I believe every student can succeed with consistent practice, encouragement, and the right guidance, and I am passionate about helping learners reach their full potential in English.

My teaching approach is friendly, encouraging, and interactive, designed to make students feel comfortable and confident while learning. I focus on fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, and helping learners sound natural in English, avoiding robotic or overly textbook-like speech. I understand that many students feel anxious about making mistakes, so I create a supportive environment where errors are treated as learning opportunities and my classroom becomes a safe training ground. For IELTS, I specialize in the Speaking part, using strategies like PREP, STAR, and CAR to help students organize their thoughts, along with mock exam role-plays to familiarize them with the test format. Ultimately, I aim for my students to gain confidence, communicate naturally, and be fully prepared for any exam or real-life situation requiring English.
