Hi! My name is Enisia, but you can call me Shang. I’m based in the Philippines and have over 10 years of experience teaching English online to students of all ages from Korea, Japan, and Vietnam. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. After graduating, I worked as a feature writer for a newspaper and later as a finance assistant for a non-government organization. I also spent eight years working as an adjustment specialist and customer service specialist, which helped me develop strong communication and interpersonal skills. Teaching is my true passion. I enjoy helping students build confidence in English through fun, engaging, and relaxed lessons. I have also helped many learners prepare for the IELTS Speaking test by improving their fluency, pronunciation, and test strategies. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and reading books. I’m a good listener and love having meaningful conversations about a wide range of topics. I look forward to helping students achieve their English learning goals.

I encourage students to express their ideas freely and provide gentle corrections with clear explanations. With my background in customer service and professional communication, I also help students develop natural, polite, and effective English for daily conversations, work, and travel. For IELTS Speaking preparation, I focus on fluency, coherence, pronunciation, and answering strategies, while giving constructive feedback to help students improve their performance and confidence.
