MacKenzie - Get to know your vocal coach
With 15 years of singing and performance experience and 2 years of teaching experience, my passion for and style of teaching is as practical and authenticity-driven as solo singing work can be. My performance background ranges from leading a cover band, to musical theatre, to choir. Your voice is YOUR voice. Regardless of who is teaching, each student has a capacity for sound that is as unique as a thumbprint. My goal is to utilize every experience, song, and life tool to your voice's highest and greatest potential. With personal experience in choir and ensemble singing, solo musical theatre performance, and private voice training over a span of almost 15 years, I have seen journeys and talents of epic proportions. You can achieve anything with a strong voice, and I believe in any student who loves to sing. I can't wait to work with you as your coach!

Singing lessons highlights
I’m a voice coach helping singers build strong technique and a magnetic performance. As a student of many different performance avenues myself, I try to relate my curriculum and training styles to the individual. My teaching model starts with alignment and breath support, creating a healthy, reliable foundation for the voice. From there, we'll explore lyric analysis, tone, color, and musicality so every song feels intentional and expressive. I place a big focus on expression, aura, and presentation—because how you sing is just as important as what you sing. I work across Pop, Rock, Musical Theatre, R&B, Jazz, Impressionism, and Classical styles, tailoring technique to fit each genre. Lessons also include vocal health, performance prep, confidence-building tools, ear training, and personalized tips to help each singer grow. My goal is to help you feel grounded, expressive, and confident every time you use your voice.
