I am Vaishnavi, and I have gained valuable teaching experience through my work in a government school as well as through home tutoring. My journey as a teacher has helped me understand students from different backgrounds, learning abilities, and age groups, which has shaped me into a patient, responsible, and effective educator. During my experience in a government school, I taught students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, which gave me deep insight into classroom management, discipline, and inclusive teaching.
