I am Michelle Paglinawa, an experienced ESL teacher with over five years of teaching experience, working with students of different ages, proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds. I have been teaching online since 2020, most recently with ENGOO, where I conduct one-on-one English lessons focused on grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and conversational fluency, helping students achieve their personal language goals effectively and confidently. I also previously taught with Acadsoc and in face-to-face settings, which helped me develop a flexible, student-centered teaching approach. I hold a TEFL certificate and a Bachelor's degree. Known for being patient, adaptable, and supportive, I create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to actively use English.

I emphasize grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure in context, while encouraging students to communicate confidently and think critically in English. By providing constructive feedback, monitoring progress on a slight basis, and adjusting lesson plans to match individual learning styles, I create a positive, motivating, and supportive environment that fosters self-confidence and continuous improvement. I also aim to cultivate cultural awareness and practical language skills, ensuring students are well-prepared to use English effectively in everyday and professional situations.
