Collaborative ESL & gmat verbal lessons with problem solving

I possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of English and SAT. I possess a masters degree in English from the university of Pittsburgh, and I have 5 years of teaching experience in this subject. I aim to bring out reasoning and comprehensive skills through personalized linguistic exercises while also keeping in mind to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness, respecting and valuing diverse perspectives and backgrounds in the classroom. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential

For me to effectively tutor ESL, I will begin by assessing the students current grasp of the subject through introductory discussions and establish clear learning objectives and milestones with the student to ensure alignment with their academic needs. I will also break down literary segments into comprehensive tidbits of information and provide scaffolding support wherever necessary to facilitate gradual learning progression and also make sure to engage the student in interactive learning activities such as discussions, and linguistic exercises to foster active participation and deeper understanding. I will provide regular feedback to chart the students progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback for continuous growth.
