Echo - Get to know your vocal coach
As an online music tutor and Berklee College of Music graduate with a vocal principal and a double major in Songwriting and Contemporary Writing & Production, I bring over ten years of experience as a singer, songwriter, and independent recording artist into my teaching. I have experience working with students of all levels, including children ages 6–14, and I approach each lesson in a beginner-friendly, supportive, and encouraging way. There is no right or wrong in my class — lessons are fully personalized to help students discover what works best for their voice and learning style. My teaching focuses on building strong fundamentals while fostering confidence and creativity. Lesson topics include vocal technique, healthy breathing and breath control, ear training, pitch accuracy, tone development, harmony, songwriting fundamentals, and performance skills. For students interested in recording and artist development, I also provide practical guidance on choosing a DAW, using plugins for clean and polished vocals, and learning how to achieve strong vocal takes in a home or studio setting. Music is my full-time career, and I’m passionate about sharing real-world experience with my students. Whether you’re a complete beginner, an intermediate singer, or an aspiring recording artist, my goal is for every lesson to leave you feeling confident, inspired, and excited about your growth.
