About your science tutor

My name is Chloe Allen, and for the past 6 years, Ive had the rewarding experience of guiding 230 students on their academic journeys. My passion for education stems from a desire to empower students and witness their growth in understanding the multitude of concepts present in the subject of AP Environmental Science. Leveraging my background in science for which I have an M.Sc degree from the University of Pittsburgh, I can provide adequate help for AP Environmental science, while also offering support in AP Human Geography and Science. Outside of the classroom, I find myself drawn to nature and art, which I believe fosters a well-rounded perspective that I integrate into my teaching approach.

I can help students prepare for AP Environmental Science using the following teaching methodology. I will first diagnostically analyze how much the student knows about the concept and how much time it takes for him to complete his test. I will then simplify complex AP concepts with the help of online aids and provide time management tips to improve his test taking abilities. I will also make it a point to provide test prep in the form of past paper solving, sample paper solving, and mock tests to maximize the students potential.
