During my B.Tech (2020–2024), I mentored over 500 students in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics during my first two years. Alongside rigorous engineering coursework, I conducted structured sessions focused on conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and performance analysis. I also provided comprehensive career guidance, assisting students with exam strategies, stream selection, time management, and long-term planning. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, and organizational skills while reinforcing my commitment to mentorship, disciplined execution, and meaningful academic impact. In summary, my experience of teaching and mentoring students during the initial years of my B.Tech journey has been one of the most formative phases of my life. It shaped my communication skills, leadership abilities, and commitment to helping others grow. This journey not only enhanced my professional capabilities but also reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education and mentorship.

My teaching methodology is centered on building strong conceptual foundations through practical and relatable explanations. In subjects like Physics, I consistently connect abstract theories to real-world situations—linking mechanics to daily motion, electricity to household systems, and thermodynamics to common environmental experiences—so students can intuitively grasp difficult concepts before approaching mathematical formulations. I encourage visualization, structured problem breakdown, and logical reasoning rather than rote memorization. I also maintain a calm and composed temperament, especially when students struggle repeatedly with a topic. Instead of expressing frustration, I patiently reframe explanations, use alternative examples, and guide them step-by-step in a friendly and supportive manner, ensuring clarity, confidence, and long-term understanding.
