Empathetic Computer Science lessons with problem solving focus

Hello! Im Ruby, a passionate educator with a Masters in Computer science. I hold over 4 years of teaching experience and have had the privilege to guide more than 200 students in their academic journey. I can teach C, Java, Python, Computer Programming, Computer Netwroks and Computer science. My love for teaching stems from a profound belief in the transformative power of education, which was sparked during my years as a university student. As a teacher, I have the freedom to inspire maximum people to learn and find employment! When not teaching, I like to delve into music and poetry! That just gives the space and time to rejuvenate.

My classes are based on the belief that true knowledge lies in comprehending the steps involved in solving a problem, not just knowing the final answer. Instead of simply providing the answer, I guide students to identify their thought processes and pinpoint where they might have gone wrong. Through collaborative learning and thought-provoking questions, I empower students to actively engage with the material and become self-directed learners. We work together to identify and rectify errors, fostering a deeper understanding that equips them to tackle future challenges independently.
