Engaging Algebra & Calculus lessons with motivational support

My name is Aubrey Flores, and for the previous 10 years, Ive had the rewarding oppourtnity of tutoring students through their academic hurdles. I have a huge love for tutoring and that love stems from a lifelong interest in the discipline and also an interest to witness young learners growth in understanding the subject of Algebra. Possessing a background in mathematics for which I have B.Sc degree from the university of Pennsylvania, I can provide more than adequate help for Algebra, while also offering support in Calculus and Ap PreCalculus.

To efficiently cover all the topics of Algebra, I will conduct minor tests at the beginning to judge the level of understanding of the student and set realistic academic aspirations. I will also thoroughly explain concepts and formulaes that the student finds complex with the use of online aids while also making sure to provide necessary support and feedback in areas requiring improvement andor correction to help the students better understand the concepts and help build confidence in the tutor. I will make it a point to regularly evaluate student progress through exercises and tests to identify effectiveness of the tutoring and adjust the teaching program as needed.
