My name is Emilia Lewis and I possess extensive knowledge in the field of computer science. I possess a PhD degree in computer science from the university of Washington, and I have 3 years of teaching experience under my belt. I aspire to help students exploit the wonders of technology present in the modern day to their advantage and become better learners and better leaders as a whole. I became a tutor to help make this aspiration a reality. Apart from Python, I am also skilled in the languages of C++ and R.

Teaching a programming language like C++ requires a detailed yet flexible teaching methodology. As an experienced programming savvy, I have just the right methodology to help the student maximise his potential. A small introductory discussion can help provide some well needed communication and help affirm the goals that must be met throughout the tutoring process. I will help clear doubts in the concepts that the student has and thoroughly go over every important aspect of the subject to help make the students knowledge of the subject ironclad. Apart from this, I will also conduct programming quizzes which I will use to measure student progress and adjust my methodology accordingly.
