Forough - Get to know your vocal coach
I am a patient, highly skilled signing tutor with over six years of tutoring experience and a practical, real-world approach to learning. I tailor each lesson to the student’s pace, helping them build confidence, clarity, and natural conversational flow. With a strong background in communication-focused work and one-to-one guidance, I prioritise accuracy and understanding while keeping sessions relaxed, encouraging, and engaging. Alongside my tutoring experience, I hold a degree in Music, which adds depth to my teaching style. My knowledge spans music theory, history, the philosophy of music, and even the A&R side of the industry, giving me a broad creative foundation that supports how I approach communication and expression in signing. My goal is always to create a comfortable, supportive space where students feel free to ask questions, practise consistently, and progress steadily. I’m committed to delivering high-quality, personalised guidance shaped by years of hands-on experience, ensuring every learner feels motivated and confident in their journey.

Singing lessons highlights
My teaching style is very straightforward: I meet students where they’re at and build from there. Everyone learns differently, so I focus on understanding how each person absorbs information and adjust the pace and approach to match. I take my time explaining things clearly, repeat anything that needs more practice, and make sure students feel comfortable asking questions at any point. I like to keep lessons practical and hands-on. We work through real examples, regular practice, and simple exercises that help students gradually feel more confident and natural in their signing. I’m patient, I encourage consistency, and I make sure each session feels relaxed rather than overwhelming. Because I have a degree in Music and a strong background in music theory, history, and the philosophy of music—as well as experience on the A&R side—I naturally bring some of that influence into my teaching. It helps me pay attention to rhythm, expression, and communication in a way that supports students in understanding signing more intuitively. Overall, my goal is for students to feel supported, understood, and genuinely motivated. I want them to progress at a pace that feels right for them while still seeing steady improvement and building real confidence in their skills.
