I’m a frequently gigging musician and lead singer of a band named “Trafalgar” where we write record mix and master all our own music! I’m passionate about holistic student led lessons where I work alongside you guiding you in performing the songs that YOU want to sing and creating the music YOU want to create, making my lessons fun, enjoyable, accessible and self-tailored. I’m currently in my final year of a music sound and technology degree so I’m also experienced with recording and working in DAW’s. I have a background of 10 years of musical theatre training and I currently run music classes for young kids and toddlers on weekends. I teach all abilities and ages in rock, pop, folk, theatre styles and more, and can also teach rhythm, ear training, improvisation harmony and more! I can’t wait to share my knowledge with you and allow you to work on your musicality and vocal ability!

My personalised teaching approach involves working on proper vocal technique and warm ups focusing on breathing techniques, musicality, flexibility and confidence building. I allow you to choose the songs you’d like to learn and guide you to access and work on the specific techniques you’d need to perform those songs to your best ability. I use online websites and apps for ear training along with working at a piano to create fun excercises to work on your rhythm, pitch, interval and harmony recognition. With a curriculum specifically curated to each students needs, I cater to a diverse audience of 20+ learners including kids, beginners, intermediates and adults looking to learn more about music than just how to sing. I ensure my students not only learn effectively but also enjoy the process and get exactly what they wish to get out of the experience.
