Beyond the borders of Egypt, Ehab represented his country on the international stage with distinction. His talent and dedication led him to remarkable achievements, including a third-place finish in the prestigious Arab Championship, where he showcased his strategic prowess and tactical acumen. Drawing upon his extensive experience and expertise, he also served as a dedicated Chess Trainer at the esteemed Heliopolis Chess Club in Cairo. Specializing in coaching players under 14 and under 16, he imparts his deep knowledge of the game to aspiring young chess enthusiasts, nurturing their skills and guiding them towards excellence. My teaching philosophy centers on helping students think independently and understand chess as a game of ideas, not just memorized moves. I believe that every mistake is an opportunity to learn and every game is a chance to explore strategy. In modern chess instruction, game analysis and chess engines are powerful tools for improving a student’s understanding, tactical awareness, and strategic depth. However, their use must be guided carefully to ensure that students develop thinking skills rather than blindly following computer moves. This methodology is designed to guide a student from their current level toward improvement in a structured, measurable, and engaging way.
