Arthran - Your piano teacher
Hi! I’m Arthran, a passionate piano tutor with 11 years of playing experience and a deep love for helping others unlock their musical potential. I specialize in teaching students how to play by ear, develop strong rhythmic intuition, and build musical confidence—even if they’ve never read sheet music before. Over the years, I’ve worked with students of all ages, from beginners learning their first chords to intermediate players refining their technique and expression. My lessons are personalized, fun, and focused on understanding music as a language, not just memorizing notes. Whether you want to play your favorite songs, improve your improvisation, or finally feel comfortable at the piano, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow from there. I believe that music should feel natural and expressive, not stressful. My teaching style blends patience with creativity, helping students find their own sound and rhythm. Every lesson is built around your goals—whether that’s learning gospel chords, composing original pieces, or just enjoying the piano again.

Piano lessons at a glance
My approach to teaching piano focuses on understanding sound before symbols. I help students connect what they hear to what they play, developing a natural ear for melody, harmony, and rhythm. Instead of starting with rigid sheet music, I emphasize listening, imitation, and muscle memory, allowing students to play expressively and confidently from day one. Once a solid ear foundation is built, I introduce music theory and technique in a way that feels practical and creative—not overwhelming. Every lesson is interactive, encouraging students to explore chord progressions, improvise, and build their own musical ideas. My goal is to make each student musically independent, able to sit at a piano and express themselves freely. I tailor each lesson to the student’s pace and personality. No two learners are the same, so I focus on what keeps you motivated—whether that’s learning songs you love, mastering chord progressions, or improving improvisation skills. My goal is simple: to make every session feel inspiring and productive.
