Juan Camilo - your physics tutor
I’m Camilo, a physicist with a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. My current research focuses on applying machine learning to quantum mechanics, and I regularly present my work at international conferences, where I explain complex ideas in clear and simple language. My path wasn’t always straightforward: in high school, Math and Physics felt confusing until a great teacher showed me a step-by-step way of thinking that made everything click. That experience inspired me to become a tutor myself. Since then, I’ve spent more than 7 years teaching, first as an academic tutor for university freshmen, later as a teaching assistant (TA) for advanced physics courses, and now as a private instructor helping students worldwide. My teaching style is patient and practical. I focus on understanding, not memorization, and on building the problem-solving skills you’ll need to feel confident in Physics and Mathematics. I teach in both English and Spanish, and I adapt lessons to each student’s needs—whether that’s exam prep, homework support, or strengthening fundamentals. If you want to overcome frustration, learn step by step, and finally feel comfortable with these subjects, I’d be glad to help you get there.

My classes are dynamic, practical, and personalized to each student’s needs. I don’t believe in rote memorization; instead, I guide students step by step so they truly understand how Physics and Mathematics work, developing both conceptual clarity and long-term problem-solving skills. To make abstract ideas more intuitive, I use Python and AI tools for visualization, creating simple graphics and simulations, and I teach using my iPad as a digital whiteboard, with clear and organized handwriting so explanations are easy to follow, review, and study later. Depending on your goals, we can focus on academic support, exam preparation, or specific projects—whether at school or university level. I know what it feels like to struggle with these subjects, which is why I design lessons that are clear, engaging, interactive, and enjoyable. My aim is always to build both understanding and confidence, so you can learn effectively, progress steadily, and even enjoy the learning process.
