Alexander - Know your guitar teacher
I am a guitar/ukulele/piano/vocal teacher with more than 12 years of teaching experience. Over the years, I became one of the most sought-after instructors at my music school due to my ability to keep students engaged and having fun in their lessons while ensuring that they are being imparted with the necessary knowledge to advance their musical abilities. Additionally, I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Communications and Culture in 2014. I also completed the New Media Production Design and Audio diploma from SAIT in 2013 as well as Digital Audio Certificate of Achievement. I am also the founder of a music project who have earned 5 Music Award nominations and have opened for major musical acts. My music has been played on various radio stations. I have more than 12 years of teaching experience and am able to create a positive and fun learning environment to motivate children and adults alike to improve their skills and understanding. Additionally, as a Communications graduate, I have strong interpersonal communication skills and am able to communicate information clearly and effectively. I speak English and French proficiently. I am very proficient in music, with a strong understanding of music theory including scales, arpeggios, transposition, and more.
