My name is Preti . Yoga is not just a physical activity for me; it is a journey of health, peace, confidence, and self-discipline. Teaching yoga has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of my life. Through yoga teaching, I have learned how to connect with people, guide them toward a healthy lifestyle, and inspire positivity in their daily lives. When I first started teaching yoga, I was a little nervous because standing in front of people and guiding them required confidence and patience. But slowly, with practice and dedication, I became more comfortable. I realized that a yoga teacher is not only someone who teaches exercises but also someone who motivates and supports students mentally and emotionally. During my teaching experience, I taught different yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques. I learned that every student is different. Some students learn quickly, while others need more time and encouragement. As a yoga teacher, I always tried to create a friendly and positive environment where everyone felt comfortable and motivated. One of the best parts of teaching yoga is seeing positive changes in students. Many students told me that yoga helped them feel more energetic, relaxed, and confident. Some students improved their concentration, while others felt less stress and anxiety. These improvements gave me happiness and inspired me to continue teaching with dedication.
