I am a native Spanish teacher from Colombia, and I specialize in a full immersion method. In these classes, I will guide you step by step, adapting to your level so that you feel confident while learning. The classes will be entirely in Spanish, allowing you to progress faster and more effectively. I studied eight semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Spanish Language at the Tecnológico de Antioquia, which provided me with a solid cultural and linguistic foundation. But above all, I have developed a practical and adaptable teaching style: classes focused on real conversation, pronunciation, and listening comprehension, always tailored to your goals and pace. In my classes, you will discover not only the language but also Colombian culture—its music, travel, and history—so you can learn with meaning and enjoy the process. I use dynamics, visual resources, and activities designed to get you speaking from the very first moment and advancing with confidence. With me, you will learn Spanish authentically: thinking, speaking, and living the language while progressing step by step.

My methodology aims to make the content always understandable and useful. I combine brief and clear explanations with everyday examples, visual aids, and cultural materials (music and literature) to contextualize the language. Although I don’t speak English, I use translators, gestures, images, and controlled repetitions to facilitate communication from the very first class. I prioritize conversation, pronunciation, and listening comprehension through practical tasks, communicative activities, constant feedback, kind corrections, and short assignments. I adapt each session to the student’s pace and goals, measuring progress and adjusting activities to ensure understanding and motivation throughout. I want every student to enjoy the process, gain confidence, and discover the richness of the language and culture.
