I have and experience of atleast 7 year and over the years while dealing with students of different IQ i totally understood that the better a teacher try the better a student will understand every concept . So I urge every student out there to provide me one chance so that I can express my self and help u to get better and better in mathematics . Class overview
The best way to teach mathematics is to use a combination of effective strategies, such as explicit instruction for key concepts, hands-on activities with manipulatives, collaborative learning in small groups, and the use of visual aids and technology. Effective teaching also involves strategic questioning, connecting math to real-world applications, using formative assessment to guide learning, and employing the gradual release of responsibility model ("I Do, We Do, You Do") to build student confidence. Student-Centered & Active Strategies Problem-Solving: Start with a problem for students to tackle, allowing them to make sense of it on their own or in groups before sharing their ideas and making connections. Cooperative Learning: Students work together in small groups to achieve a common goal, taking on different roles and helping each other learn. Hands-On Learning: Use manipulatives and concrete objects to help students bridge the gap between abstract concepts and physical understanding. Visual Strategies: Use diagrams, drawings, and other visual representations to make complex concepts easier to comprehend and retain. Teacher-Led & Guided Instruction Explicit Instruction: Provide clear explanations of key concepts and vocabulary, laying a strong foundation for subsequent activities. Gradual Release (I Do, We Do, You Do): Begin by modeling how to solve a problem, then work through examples together as a class, and finally, have students solve problems independently.
