Supportive and patient English learning for every level

My name is Eva Scott, and I hold knowledge in a variety of concepts, such as statistics, SAT, and ESL prep. I possess a masters degree in economics from the University of Florida and I have 2 years of teaching experience. I expect my students to have critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills as these skills will help them succeed in conquering analytical concepts such as statistics and math and I focus on honing these skills as a tutor. Apart from tutoring, I also am very invested in playing sports.

I teach ESL online by following a simple set of steps, I prioritize maximum past paper practice to understand the pattern of questions that are being asked. I also provide students with sample papers, mock tests, and quizzes to test their knowledge and build their confidence in themselves. Additionally, I focus on teaching exam time management skills, ensuring that students can complete their papers within the allocated time, thus preparing them effectively for assessments. I also make sure to correct their recurring faults after every practice session.
