Franzelle Hope - Get to know your vocal coach
Hi! I’m a 5th-year Music Education student at the Conservatory of Music, majoring in Piano with a minor in Voice. I’ve been teaching music since 8th grade and am currently completing my OJT. While piano is my main instrument, I have a strong passion for teaching voice—especially in Broadway, classical, folk, and pop styles. I teach kids, teens, and adults, from beginners to intermediate vocalists. I’m an active choir member in both school and church, have conducted various choirs, and joined several choral and vocal competitions. I focus on healthy vocal technique, confidence, and expressive performance. My lessons are fun, personalized, and goal-oriented. Whether you're exploring your voice for the first time or preparing for the stage, I’d love to help you grow, shine, and enjoy the exciting journey through music and self-expression.

The tutor guided the student through specific finger exercises and emphasized moving the hand to reach notes, rather than staying in one fixed position. The student was assigned to practice the left-hand exercises and the first line of the piece.
