I'm Bernard Jess C. Sagpang, a licensed professional math teacher with four years of teaching experience and four years of virtual math tutoring with US-based and international students. Aside from being a math teacher, I am also a musician, a music producer, and a music tutor. I play and teach piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and drums. My specialties include Music Theory, Chord Construction, Song Arrangement, and Song Composition. I cater to all levels, from beginner to kids and adults. fostering a love for music through specialized learning. I help students develop love and passion for music. I am also a music producer and can teach students who would like to learn how to create music using FL Studio (Digital Audio Workstation), along with other VSTs and virtual keyboards. My teaching approach blends progressive instruction with engaging and empathetic methods, ensuring a seamless integration of music theory into practical application. I am specializing in teaching piano, digital piano, and electric keyboard, catering to beginner kids and adults as well as intermediate players. In my sessions, we can use a diverse range of tech tools such as interactive softwares, audio/video resources, digital audio workstations, virtual instruments, and metronome apps. By following a comprehensive curriculum, I provide tailored guidance to small groups of less than 10 (ten) students, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment. My strength lies in adapting to individual learning styles, making lessons enjoyable and effective for every student. My goal is to help the students develop love and passion for music-making.
