Michelle - Get to know your vocal coach
Hi! I'm a passionate voice teacher and choral conductor, and I've been teaching since 2009. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teenagers, and young adults, helping them discover, develop, and strengthen their voices. Many of my students have not only grown as confident singers but have also taken their passion further—continuing their studies in prestigious conservatories, universities, and music schools. I hold a Bachelor of Music degree, along with professional qualifications as a Music Professor and a Jazz Singer. My background blends formal academic training with hands-on experience in both solo and ensemble contexts, allowing me to support students with a wide variety of musical goals and styles. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique, my goal is to help you build a healthy, expressive, and versatile voice. I work with each student individually, offering guidance in vocal technique, musical interpretation, and performance skills—always within a supportive, respectful, and motivating environment. If you're looking to improve your singing, deepen your musical understanding, or simply connect more with your voice and music, I’d love to be a part of your journey.

Singing lessons highlights
My teaching is grounded in the Functional Voice Method developed by Eugene Rabine—a holistic, science-based approach that helps the voice grow freely, sustainably, and with artistic expression. Whether your focus is pop, jazz, or classical, this method supports the development of a healthy and versatile vocal technique tailored to your individual needs and goals. To strengthen musicality from the inside out, I also integrate the Kodály Method, which emphasizes ear training, inner hearing, and musical literacy. This approach lays a strong foundation for confident, intuitive musicianship—essential for both solo singing and ensemble work. In our lessons, we’ll combine vocal warm-ups, physical awareness exercises, and auditory training with repertoire work and interpretation. Song selection is always personalized to fit your voice and artistic identity. Every session is designed to be a space of trust, curiosity, and encouragement—where you're free to explore, make mistakes, grow, and enjoy the process. My priority is to help you connect deeply with your voice and your music, in a way that feels natural, expressive, and empowering.
