Piano Lessons Catered for All Levels by Los Angeles College of Music Educator

Hi, I’m Eric Zhang, a professional piano and keyboard player with over five years of teaching and performing experience. I specialize in harmony theory, improvisation, and voice leading, which allows me to approach both classical and contemporary music with a creative, flexible mindset. I hold a degree in Music Production from the Los Angeles College of Music, and over the years, I’ve collaborated with Grammy-winning songwriters, producers, and engineers on a range of music projects. In addition to performance, I’m deeply involved in music education and production. I teach piano and music theory with a focus on helping students understand the “why” behind the music—building strong foundational skills while encouraging self-expression. I also produce custom arrangements and beats, with an emphasis on integrating theory into real-world music creation. Whether on stage, in the studio, or in the classroom, my goal is always the same: to inspire creativity, foster musical growth, and help others find their own voice through music
