Hi! I’m Carla — a touring musician, songwriter, recording artist, and music producer from Argentina, now based in Los Angeles. I’ve been playing guitar since I was a kid, and music has always been my way of expressing emotion, telling stories, and connecting with others. I studied Music Composition at the Los Angeles College of Music, and since graduating, I’ve worked with a wide range of artists in both live and studio settings, including my own project. I offer guitar lessons with a creative and intuitive approach, focusing on helping you find your own voice through the instrument. Whether you're just starting out or already play, our sessions are about exploration, expression, and joy. We can jam, write songs, learn your favorite tracks, or dig into production ideas — whatever inspires you. In my experience, there's no one-size-fits-all way to play guitar. My job is to guide you in finding what works for you. I’ll teach you the tools, but we’ll always stay connected to what excites you musically. My teaching style is intuitive, creative, and student-centered. I shape each lesson around your personal goals — whether that’s learning to play your favorite rock or pop songs, writing your own music, or simply picking up the guitar for fun. I want lessons to feel inspiring and supportive, not rigid or intimidating. While we keep things creative and exploratory, I also incorporate core music theory concepts like rhythm, melody, and harmony to give you a strong foundation. Everything we do is tied to real-world playing, so theory never feels abstract — it’s always connected to the sounds you want to make. I believe learning guitar should be joyful and personal. I’ll encourage you to take risks, make mistakes, and grow through the process. My job is to guide you, support your curiosity, and help you stay connected to what makes you passionate about music.
