The lesson included warm-up exercises like lip trills and vocal fry, lyric translation for emotional understanding, and posture/breath awareness adjustments. YIMFOU Music addressed the soprano voice type, aiming to develop a "thicker" sound and improve breath support for high notes, while also acknowledging recent disruptions and praising progress.
