Hi! I’m Tushar Bachchan — a Full-stack Developer and Coding Tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience. I specialize in teaching Python(Core + Pandas), Java, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to students from Grades 7–12, college level, and adult learners. I work with all age groups — from kids to adults — and focus on a "learn by doing" approach where we write code, solve real problems, and build confidence through hands-on practice which also helps the student escape tutorial hell and start coding independently with clarity and confidence. I help students escape tutorial hell by replacing passive watching with active learning. Every concept we cover is immediately applied in code — no endless theory, just focused, practical work. I collaborate with students using online code editors (like Replit, codepen, etc.) for instant feedback and live coding sessions. I also encourage them to write code in offline editors like VS Code or IntelliJ to simulate real-world development. For better visualization and conceptual clarity, I regularly use a digital whiteboard to break down ideas, draw diagrams, and walk through complex logic in a more visual and intuitive way. I also guide them in using official documentation effectively — a key step toward becoming an independent, self-sufficient programmer. Along the way, I adapt my teaching style to match each student's learning pace, curriculum and gaps in understanding. Ultimately, my goal is to help students not just learn to code — but to think like a developer, become self-reliant, and enjoy the journey of building things from scratch.
