Student and Tutor worked on piano technique, scales, and various pieces from the method book. They practiced the C major scale with different hand configurations and metronome speeds, as well as several songs from pages 26-30. New concepts like the note A and the 6/8 time signature were introduced for upcoming lessons, alongside technique exercises for finger strength and coordination, and continued work on a supplemental piece. Homework included practicing new method book pages, technique exercises, playing a song by ear, and an online note-naming challenge.

The session concluded with note naming exercises on treble clef and grand staff, with plans to continue practicing the new pieces and aim for higher scores on the grand staff next time.
