During their vocal lesson, Mia Taylor and Jedeo delved into topics like vocal health, warm-up routines, and breath control techniques. Jedeo actively practiced box breathing, staccato exercises, and scales, aiming to enhance his vocal range and support, with a particular focus on achieving smooth transitions between chest and head voice. As a follow-up, Jedeo received a scale exercise to practice on the piano, ranging from A3 to A4, designed to refine his vocal control and help him identify the vocal flip.

During a recent vocal lesson, Mia guided Anne through warm-up exercises, emphasizing breath control techniques such as box breathing and staccato breathing. They also focused on shifting vocal resonance to the nasal cavity using 'twang' to prevent throat strain, with Anne specifically tasked to practice nasal resonance for homework, learning to differentiate it from throat-based singing.
