I’m Holly Parker, a performer based in New York City, and I’m thrilled to be a part of your creative journey! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I offer personalized voice lessons (beginner to advanced) and acting coaching tailored to your goals.  As a versatile singer, I specialize in a wide range of styles. This includes classical/opera, musical theatre, pop, and rock—and I love helping students explore their own unique sound. I offer private lessons online. Whether you are training to sing professionally, or as a creative hobby, I am thrilled to collaborate with you and help you find material that you love! I believe that confident, expressive singing begins with healthy technique and a solid foundation in music theory. I work with students of all ages and am passionate about creating a fun, supportive space to grow and thrive as an artist. Let’s make music together!

After great training in vocal pedagogy, I feel confident instructing aspiring singers on not only how to use their voice, but learning about how protect it, exercise it, and understand how it operates. Through various warm up strategies, vocal exercises, and opportunities to coach the student's desired songs, I strive to build singers that can keep on performing for years to come! I am happy to instruct music theory lessons for singers who aspire to learn sheet music faster and independently. A singer is a musician just as much as any instrumentalist, and learning how to read music is a great place to start. Accessibility is most important to me, and I use a blend of online tools to best meet students' needs. Towards the end of my lessons, I am willing to provide feedback on progress, as well as provide suggestions for repertoire that would suit the singer's voice for upcoming auditions, performances, or solo shower concerts!
