Singing lessons overview
When I first meet with a new student, figuring out what that student's goals, dreams and aspirations are. Based on those goals, I start with the basics of Horn or Vocal Technique and move forward from there. I use the DICMO process during practice, which is a very useful tool that can be utilized in other areas of life, and it is an acronym for; D- detect I- isolate C- correct MO- move on This method breaks down the practice mindset into steps to help think things through. I specialize in providing personalized singing or horn lessons that focus on confidence building, pitch perfection, rhythm, timing, musicality, and breathing techniques. I offer online learning sessions for various genres including jazz, rock, classical, folk, blues, pop, country, musical theatre and movie/POPS music. To enhance the learning experience, I integrate a variety of tech tools like interactive online platforms, audiovisual aids, and recording software. My teaching methodology caters to a diverse audience of 100+ students, ranging from beginners to advanced singers and hornists, ensuring each student receives tailored guidance and support to reach their full potential in their art.
