About your vocal coach

Hi! My name is Noelle Maher and I am a musical theatre performer train in lots of different styles of singing! From classical to broadway to pop, I can help you build repertoire and grow in your abilities. From music theory to acting through song I can help you with it all! I have just recently graduated and have taught all ages from 8 to 80! I look forward to working with you! I specialize in musical theatre and can help young performers with auditions for school productions of improving for choir, or if you are older and want to start music now! It’s never too late to learn! Music should be fun and I make sure that is a main focus in my lessons. You can’t want to improve unless you are having a great time! I have an extensive music library and can provide sheet music and music for all genres and interests. When not doing music I love all things art from dance to theatre and even art museums!

Singing lessons overview

I think it is very important to cater to every individual student. No two students are the same. I like to get to know my student and work with them collaboratively to make sure we are on the same page and doing what works for them. Music is such a personal art form and it can be very vulnerable to share your musical gifts. I use a wide variety of tool for teaching including pitch training apps, karaoke tracks, music theory/sight singing tools and my music library with over 200+ songs for my students. I have tools that are user friendly for all ages and will try each of the tools for my students to see if it clicks and if not I always have a back up for them to try! After the demo lesson I will create a specialized curriculum for my student to make sure they are making progress and continuing to improve! The pace in which I go will depend on the student’s work during the lesson along with outside the lesson.
