About your yoga instructor

Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a passionate movement and wellness professional who loves helping people find strength, balance, and connection in their lives. With an Honors BA in Psychology, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to everything I teach. ​As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, 200-hour Certified Meditation Teacher, and TRS Movement and Mobility Specialist, I combine yoga, mobility, and mindfulness to create transformative experiences for my students. My background as a former competitive gymnast, where I retired as one of the top gymnasts in Ontario, has shaped my understanding of discipline, movement mechanics, and the importance of recovery. ​My classes and workshops are all about making movement accessible and empowering while weaving in self-acceptance, functional movement, and stress reduction. Whether you’re looking to boost your physical performance, improve mobility, or find a sense of calm, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Let’s move, grow, and thrive together!

I specialize in Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, and all-levels practices, meeting you exactly where you are in your journey—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience. Each class weaves together various movement modalities, mindfulness, and breathwork to offer a personalized and purposeful yoga experience aligned with your physical, mental, and emotional goals. With experience teaching over 200 students of all ages and abilities, I create a welcoming, inclusive space that encourages growth, self-awareness, and progress in a supportive environment where every student is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive both on and off the mat.
