Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a passionate movement and wellness professional who loves helping people find strength, balance, and connection in their lives. With an Honors BA in Psychology, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to everything I teach. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, 200-hour Certified Meditation Teacher, and TRS Movement and Mobility Specialist, I combine yoga, mobility, and mindfulness to create transformative experiences for my students. My background as a former competitive gymnast, where I retired as one of the top gymnasts in Ontario, has shaped my understanding of discipline, movement mechanics, and the importance of recovery. My classes and workshops are all about making movement accessible and empowering while weaving in self-acceptance, functional movement, and stress reduction.
