My teaching style focuses on motivating, building confidence, and creating interactive and expressive learning experiences. The sessions are completely student centred where my focus is on analysing the students current physical and mental health and helping them gradually achieve their goals. I specialise in teaching Restorative Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and general Yoga classes. To enhance online learning, I focus on keeping the instructions easy and precise. To make the practice easy and flexible, I focus on using easily available props such as chairs, wall, blocks and yoga bands. I follow a curriculum that blends traditional and modern techniques to cater to a diverse audience of 200+ students, including Seniors, Advanced practitioners, Beginners, Adults and kids. My personalized tutoring approach ensures that each student receives tailored guidance, making learning accessible and enjoyable for all skill levels.
