Singing lessons overview
My teaching approach focuses on building confidence, engaging students actively, perfecting pitch, and maintaining patience throughout the lessons. I specialize in classical singing, pop singing, movie singing, disney songs, folk singing, and just singing in general. I allow you to bring what you want to the lesson and we will work on whatever music you would like. For newer students we will work on warm ups and pitch matching. I will provide you with honest feedback and help you reach your music goals effectively and in a timely manner. My schedule is rather flexible and I am willing to work with all levels. Remember all trial lessons are free of charge. My personalized tutoring helps students develop their vocal skills, musicality, and performance abilities effectively. Lessons will be around 25 minutes of warmups and around 20 minutes of song learning.

Michael Borosky led Emma Wedlock through vocal exercises and song performances, focusing on improving vocal technique and exploring different musical genres. Emma practiced warm-ups, scales, and octave jumps, and sang songs by Rihanna, Paramore, Evanescence, Beyonce, and Megan Trainor. They scheduled the next lesson for Sunday at 10 a.m. and discussed Emma practicing 'My Immortal' by Evanescence.

Michael Borosky led a vocal lesson that included warm-up exercises and practice singing various songs from different artists. The learner, who resides in Alden Bridge, received real-time feedback on their vocal performance and phrasing. For homework, they were asked to explore different musical genres and select a song to work on that would challenge and improve their vocal abilities.

Michael Borosky provided a voice lesson to a Harvard University student, focusing on breath control techniques, vocal exercises such as lip trills and straw breathing, and addressing voice cracking issues. They worked on applying these techniques to singing "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" and "Can't Fight This Feeling." The next lesson was rescheduled for Friday, with a follow-up message to confirm the exact time.

Michael Borosky coached Yasmin Washington in preparation for her upcoming audition, focusing on the song "How About a Dance." They worked on vocal warm-ups, addressed a challenging high note by simplifying the melody, and emphasized the importance of a relaxed and confident performance. Yasmin was instructed to practice with a reference recording and record herself to refine her intonation, and to message Michael after the audition.
