I begin by assessing the students learning capacity and level in order to personalize the curriculum to their specific needs. For fundamental math and Algebra 1, I focus on building a strong foundation by teaching key concepts such as arithmetic operations, equations, inequalities, and graphing. Moving on to Algebra 2 and higher grades, I study increasingly advanced topics like quadratic equations, functions, polynomials, and trigonometry. I emphasize the value of practice and provide students plenty of opportunities to practice problem solving independently.
